AJAX — It’s a Pickering Village landmark, familiar to the thousands who pass by on Church Street each day, but on Sept. 18, Ajax residents will get the opportunity to enter the doors of St. George’s Anglican Church.
The striking building, located on Randall Drive, is just one of 13 sites for the first Doors Open Ajax event. In addition to St. George’s, visitors can explore a mix of modern and historic landmarks in Ajax.

AJAX — The Three Cantors bring their unique blend of music, humour and faith to Ajax later this month.
The Cantors, Peter Wall, William Cliff and David Pickett, are Canadian Anglican priests who, with accompanist Maestro Angus Sinclair, sing to benefit The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (Huron Hunger Fund).

Church celebrates with dinner and dancing May 1
AJAX – The new look St. George’s Anglican Church is hosting a gala celebration
In honour of the new worship centre, the church is holding a grand celebration with a short service, catered dinner and dancing. The George Lake Band provides the musical entertainment. There will also be a chance to bid on selected items at a silent auction and door prizes.
