Holy Week Services March 24th—31st, 2024
These services will take place in the worship centre and will be livestreamed unless otherwise noted.
Palm Sunday of the Passion
9 am in the Historic Church (in person only). Assemble at the Lych Gate for the procession.
10:30 am family Eucharist. Gather in the parking lot by 10:20 am for the procession. Livestreamed.
Monday in Holy Week – 7:30 pm Evening Prayer with prayers for healing
Tuesday in Holy Week – 7:30 pm Contemplative Service led by the Meditation community
Wednesday in Holy Week – 7:30 pm in the Historic Church (in person only) Stations of the Cross & Eucharist,
THE GREAT THREE DAYS
Maundy Thursday – 6:15 pm Simple Supper in the parish hall 7 pm Foot washing, Holy Eucharist, and the stripping of the sanctuary, with vigil until 10 pm. Livestream begins at 7 pm.
Good Friday – 12 noon The Celebration of the Lord’s Passion and the Veneration of the Cross, in the Worship Centre
Holy Saturday – The Great Vigil of Easter in the Historic Church (in person only) beginning outside at 7:30 pm with the lighting of the new fire.
Easter Day – 9 am Holy Eucharist in the Historic Church (in person only) 10:30 am Family Eucharist in the Worship Centre
