Christian Meditation and
 Labyrinth

Tuesdays at 10 am & 7:30 pm via Zoom

Join Rev. Marilyn to listen to a talk or watch a video from a spiritual leader and meditate silently using a prayer word.

On the second Tuesday of the month, come and walk the labyrinth. Walking the labyrinth is a path of prayer – a walking meditation and spiritual practice. It has one path that leads from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. The same path is followed outward. Walking the labyrinth quiets the mind, grounds the body, and leads to a sense of wholeness.

Our most recent study:
How to Anglican

Join Rev. Susan as we explore what it means to be an Anglican in Canada. We’ll delve into the history of the Anglican Communion from its origins in Tudor-era England to its practice today in Canada; what liturgy is and how it works; the Book of Common Prayer and the Book of Alternative Services; and other questions that might come up.
